Flawless from
Hartman's singing to Coltrane's instrumental performance.
The selection of songs is great. "My One and Only Love"
steals millions of heart. "They Say It's Wonderful"
reminds us why it's wonderful to fall in love. "You're
Too Beautiful" makes us want to dance with someone.
This album explains to some people that jazz with vocal
can still be great. Indeed, it's more than great. It
marks an age of which jazz can be directly associated
with romantism. Hartman's voice seems to restore our
faith in love and passion. This is one of those albums
that makes you feel the jazz and think about your life.
A perfect album.
