Review
Cat Stevens is the king, and you'll see why by listening to this masterpiece. It's lovely that A&M came out with this limited edition remastered version. Because this record defines time, style and beauty. Cat is a true artist. When you listen to him, you don't first listen to his voice, but his ideas, his thoughts, his philosophical outlook of life. The first song "Where Do The Children Play" already captures all these qualities. I don't know if it's just mee, but sometimes I hear Cat sing "Why Do The Children Play." Correct me if I'm wrong. "Father and Son" describes relationship between two blood related people. Every time I listen to this song I cry because it's so touching. The rest of the album nicely supports this ingenious piece of work. And then you come back and think, you'll notice Cat Stevens has a pretty good voice too. Or at least he uses it to his advantage.
